The 26 yamaha lost some of the mid hit but still has good bottom because of the change from the 49 to 51 rear sprocket. It should be able to twist some as that's the point of the spherical bearing. It may be really sticky, though, since it's brand new. If it can't twist at all, then something's wrong.
