As an old fart, I find Deegs to be difficult to cheer for.... Great rider. Anyone can see the speed and intensity. It's obvious. As is the lack of character.

Davies is pretty much the anti-Deegan. Likeable, humble and took that on the chin better than any teen I know. If you can’t root for that kid, you can suck it.

Both… Both Josh and Doc have the shelf part number in their practice bike and really seem to like it. Thanks! I don't think so. Everything I've heard points toward KTM brands staying on air forks for motocross for a long time to come. The bikes weigh two or three pounds less and the air-fork is less expensive to produce. I think the WP XACT fork (2021+) is a big improvement over the WP AER-48 fork (2016-2020) and they are just fine for plenty of riders. Suspension upgrades like this have a place in the world because some guys like a different feel, or demand more from their bike.

You don’t seam to understand what’s really happening. This is a hard reset to the current geopolitical and geoeconomic environment with specific focus to China. So my opinion is slightly different than some others. After riding all the Beta's the 430 was my favorite fourstroke. With its quicker revving motor and shorter stroke the 430 just felt lighter, more nimble and playful than the 390. The 430 is nothing like a 450 (even Beta 450) it’s very smooth and easy to ride as all Beta off-road bikes are, it just has a little more of a race bike feel to it. If I was building a race bike I’d definitely go 430 over 390

Update: KTM came through and replaced the frame. Took a little while to get things all sorted, but it worked out in the end.

So update. Today pulled the inner clutch cover as well as the stator cover. Saw nothing obvious when pulling each cover. Was honestly hoping for wear marks and a pile of shavings, so I could figure this out and put this to bed. May pull oil pump and valve covers to take a peek in there. May have to consider pulling clutch pack apart and taking a better look at that stuff. Side note, on these 24 350s you can't just remove the inner clutch cover easily like on the 22 and older bikes.
