You're right, I meant the clutch hub. Just had something like this happen to me on a yz125, but have never owned or worked on any of the newer KTM's.

So update.  Today pulled the inner clutch cover as well as the stator cover. Saw nothing obvious when pulling each cover. Was honestly hoping for wear marks and a pile of shavings, so I could figure this out and put this to bed. May pull oil pump and valve covers to take a peek in there. May have to consider pulling clutch pack apart and taking a better look at that stuff. Side note,  on these 24 350s you can't just remove the inner clutch cover easily like on the 22 and older bikes. You have to remove all the engine mount bolts and jocky the engine around so the lower part of the cover can clear the frame by the foot peg.
