I will echo the speed and excellence of service from Rocky Mountain. I have ordered from others, but none could match the overall ease of RM. Having used them in over 10 bikes for restoration efforts for the last 6 years or so. I simply wouldn’t consider anyone else unless RM doesn’t stock it. Never an issue with shipping.

Instead of having a weight loss, at 116lbs by 5,6ft, after years of racing, this year i also started swimming. I feel crazy better, i gained almost 10lbs, i'm at 125lbs right now. Happy with the progress, I'd rather loose weight than gain it, i'm eating like a freak and still look like a child from africe. LOL

Im gonna say one thing. I fully expect the desmo 250f to be a beast. That desmo valve train loves high rpm. If they can get good bottom and early midrange with the typical top end a desmo gets it could be one of the best 250fs.

I will jump into this. Lost 30 some lbs and slowly creeping back up by gaining 12 lbs back. Crossfit 4 days a week. Walk 3+ miles a day 5 days a week. Had Cyber Knife treatment prostrate cancer last September and everything thing is great. Knee replacement is in my future. Will be 67 this September. A good way to get back on track. Starting weight 224.9

Been riding the indoor trainer 3-5x a week. Haven’t lost weight but haven’t gained any over winter so that’s a plus as the last 4 years or so gained about 5-7 lbs over winter and over summer only lost a pound or two so it’s been adding up. Would like to lose around 5-10 so feel I can do that by keeping this up through spring and then summer should take care of itself
