Deegz is the better sx rider. He should be. It's his forth sx season. Cole is far superior for being in his second sx season. In sx, at least. I dont think its a stretch to say Cole is just more talented, period. Whether he puts in the work to be the best like Haiden, we'll see

I know Deegan was playing it off and was acting all nonchalant.. but that was an ass whooping and he knows it. How many guys catch and pass Deegan after Deegan hole shots and then makes Deegan ride over his head to keep up causing multiple mistakes. Media was giving Deegan this superhuman can’t be beat mantra and Davies just obliterated the narrative.

Zone 2 is how you build your cardio system and is an amazing tool to build your base and not hate your training I used to come home from work and first thing hop on my stationary bike for an hour five days a week at 135 bpm and within a few months I saw a huuuuge gain, you can do your sprints at the track

You’re right that Zone 4 pushes your lactate threshold higher, but relying on it exclusively is a trap. Look at any factory pro's program, Tomac, the Lawrence brothers, Deegan, or the top hard enduro guys. They spend hours every week grinding on road or mountain bikes at a conversational pace. They aren't doing that to waste time. Here is the mechanical reason why: Zone 4 training produces lactate. Zone 2 training builds the mitochondria that clears lactate. If you only train in Zone 4, you build a high-revving engine with a terrible exhaust system. Your body gets great at producing...

One of the first guys to stop and congratulate Kenny, and stuck around to give him props and talk to him during all the celebrations. Man was I impressed with his character last night. I hope I can teach my sons to be that kind of respectful men when they grow up.

And the way he is riding, I'll wager this isn't his last shot at a 450 Championship. He is lethal indoors and out, he's going to be a thorn in everyone's side for years to come

He rode hard, raced incredibly well, and had his best Supercross season ever. He's now at the elite level and he'll get his one day. Many of us are stoked for Kenny because we all know what an incredible story his road to redemption has been, but Hunter's lifelong efforts should not be overlooked.

‘04 CR250R Bought it used for $1,300 in 2013 ~ $2,000 in FC suspension work (each rebuild, probably had it rebuilt three times at this point) ~ $300 in bars and grips ~ $150 in radiator braces ~ $500 in filters and reeds ~ $500 in graphics since I’ve owned it However much in oil and tires I think I’ve put one clutch in, one top end, and whatever for oil and tires. ’05 RM125 Bought it for $1,500 in 2022 ~ $1,000 all in to restore it from the previous owner ~ $600 in repairs to fix my shitty...

I'm a simple guy so I don't like to spend much on stuff that's not an absolute "need". Got my first ever brand new bike last summer, a 2025 YZ250F. I paid $8500 OTD for it and rode it completely stock a few times to feel it out. So far all I've "upgraded" is a Pro Taper bar pad for $30, a Twin Air filter (just a stock replacement not the powerflow kit) for around $30, number graphics for $90, and some tie wire for my stock grips, so like $0.02 lol? This bike is awesome for me as is...

When he crashed in the LCQ I thought it was over. It always amazes me how big the gap actually is between top factory riders and riders that are regularly in the LCQ. Being able to make up 10 seconds in like 3 laps, didn't crumble and and got a top 5th in the main on top of that, pretty cool! Star has some serious talent with Minear, Gordon and Dudney. Those are 3 champs in the making.

I thought his performance was really good. Whenever a new rider comes in and blows by guys that have been in the class all year, I think that is good. The finish line thing was crazy, but he stuck with it and got it done in the LCQ. Good Job Kayden.

The saga continues for Travis...... interesting character. Seems the TBT Racing franchises are not going so good, my friend xxxxxx xxxxx signed up, paid $15K to buy a district and then $600 a month. Today he sent me this. My $600 a month I pay him goes to him providing unlimited valving setups and marketing/exposure on all TBT socials. In 13 months there have been 4 total posts for me, 4 more with a Baja 1000 bike I did but no mention of me. He still refuses to give me a copy of my signed contract, threatened to put a...
