Imo, Deegs will never win a 450 title. He will be a pereninial runner up. Fast just like Windham, Short, Alessi, and so many others in the past. He has the 125/ 250 feeder speed, but this just wont quite translate into a 450 package. Lawrences, Coenens, and that chip on his shoulder will keep him down.

Go read the comments from any Vital or ProMotocross Instagram post that features Jett from today. The levels of delusion from Deegan fans is incredible, any crash, moment etc from Jett apparently means Deegan is "in his head". I'm convinced none of these shitbag fans know anything about Motocross at all. If consistently getting beat each weekend means being in someone's head, then so be it...

7/28/2026 8:48am AC didn't have an issue getting holeshots on a 250 and he must have weighed close to 175-180lbs. He was going up against Star bikes with Ferrandis and JCoop on them weighing 135lbs probably lol. Some guys just have a badass trigger finger, some don't. Period. Kitchen will never rip consistent holeshots. Neither will Deegan IMO. They can improve them...
