I just read in an old Racer X that at Hangtown 02 RC surpassed 70 combined wins. That was his age 22 season (3rd 450 outdoor year). Jett is in his age 22 season and his 4th 450 outdoor year, I think he is at 39 combined wins. Just shows you how important and hard it is to stay healthy year after year.

There is a big difference between getting injured and crashing a lot. There are riders who crash way more, he's just not as durable as he looked as in his 250 days, kinda like Herlings who tips over and has a discolated shoulder. Then you have guys like Sexton or Seewer who can fly 100 yards through the air and line up again.

Well.. there was a rider named Tomac years ago. I remember him being one of the worst startes out of all the factory riders on a green bike. Went to Star in 2022 and suddently he was the best average starter that year in both SX and outdoors. Prado made it work though.. As bad as his season was yesterday, he had great starts at least
