Different situation. What options does marchbanks have? If he trashes the program how many are lining up to give him a factory ride and good salary? Does he have FU money like Chase or Prado already have at this point? Does he have elite speed with only one goal and expectation of winning? Or is 5th the same as 7th for him in all reality more or less. Sexton and Prado it’s win or fail. 2nd-10th are all the same unless it’s winning they lost. Marchbanks isn’t at that level so he can “keep chipping away” getting top 10s and...

If all these guys are healthy...Chase will have a HARD time ever winning another race...Deegan, Prado, Jett, Hunter...plus even Roczen and Webb have all raced more than CS in the past year...and isn't Davies coming to the 450 ranks in 2028?? Sexton is on the older side of his winning days and he crapped on a lot of brands. Did he win, yes. Can he win now and actually be a championship contender again??...doubtful.

Some of the 2003 MXGP drama between Pichon and Everts was unbelievable. Both were prior year champs (250 vs Open Class) and when the two champions merged, Pichon absolutely rode the wheels off his RM250 to keep up with Evert's Rinaldi YZF, truly amazing riding. I think the Austrian GP was the one where they both finished within a second of each other, Pichon mounted a charge and nearly got him in the final corner. History knows Everts won the battle in the end, but Pichon will be remembered as a 250 2t master.

Everts winning 3 gps in one day.

I wasn't a fan of Prado when the kawi stuff went down, now I am a big fan, and so happy he's showing and doing what he has been capable of. I know he's stoked he won a title in the US, but everyone knows that this doesn't hold the same weight as an SX/MX title, only great thing so far is the money. He has to be stoked to get that fat check and be able to live in california more comfortably than before.

I'm a nerd for recall data, from previous recalls, Honda sells about 4k CRF450 (and as much CRF250) annually in the US. So Triumph would be about 1/5 of that.
