Have just changed the upper shock bearing on my SXF 250 18 model.
With the new bearing in place you can no longer twist the shock, zero movement and the new oem bearing does look a little different.
I believe the shock should twist a little due to it being a spherical bearing? So something must be wrong? It seems the new cup part is thicker preventing it from being able to twist when bolted up?
It should be able to twist some as that's the point of the spherical bearing. It may be really sticky, though, since it's brand new. If it can't twist at all, then something's wrong.
