The 450 goes as good as you want it to or the skills you have, very few are going to have the dyno difference be an actual reason for behind someone else.

I think the "Epstein-Barr Virus" excuse is complete garbage. Its used when a rider X isn't riding to their potential and they need to figure out either the bike or themselves. Only this sport uses this term so much... Its all lies. And I've never seen video proof of said rider being sick with it...ever.

Zero problem on parts. If you don’t have a local dealer you can get anything online directly from Beta USA. Also as a side note, for anyone with a ‘24 RX Beta will give you all the ‘25 updates free of charge. What other manufacturer would do that?

See, here’s the problem, people/you think that because they race, there’s an endless budget, there’s not. They tell their sponsors how much they need, and the sponsors tries to get that to them. Star had 2 extra races, 3 weeks ago of extra testing, and hired another rider that wasn’t in the original budget. That in my guess is an additional 150-200k all in. It cost a rumored 35k for a team to send a bike and support crew for that bike and rider, they were going to send two riders. That’s an extra 70k out of their already high...

It will have to eventually. We cannot continue to make the bikes faster. All other motorsports manage the maximum speed, while allowing manufacturers to innovate with a common set of rules. In Nascar and Indy, when the speeds get out of hand, they lower the maximum displacement. In MX, we just keep making bikes faster, and injuries keep getting worse. I think he was talking about at the pro level. But good points… vets aren’t showing up and neither are beginners…so there is no gateway to the sport and early exits. All for the chase of Loretta Lynn’s nonsense. Local track in my area doesn’t even have a beginner class and the C class is the fastest lap times of the day…every time. the track has been created for the fast guys only. It’s barely rideable unless you are cool hucking 75 ft gaps 7 times a lap

Bikes are too fast. Lowering the cc limit is the only solution. We’re already past the threshold of what the body can take. A 250f is a viable weapon against a 250 stroke. We basically doubled the engine size. Think about that. 2 strokes do not “drive” forward the way 4 strokes do.

We've already got people not making it home from a day at the track. If you're that good go race outdoors. Local public tracks are meant to cater to those who spend money to finance professionals like yourself. Build the jumps like you are asking and that track will shut down fairly quickly since the Vet riders who spend their money in this sport are no longer showing up.

I have both an e-mountain bike (Specialized Turbo Levo) and a non electric mountain bike (an older Specialized Hardrock).
