With a S Corp you hv to do quarterly taxes.penalties r brutal for not filing quarterly. Only benefit ovr a LLC is that you can fire yourself & get unemployment. You can write off all expenses for your business as a LLC.

Interesting.. where does Cole Davies slot into this conversation? the kid trained on SX as an amateur, but chased gate drops around the continent. Id almost argue it (almost) doesn't matter the tracks or training facility, all of it is useless if your not lining up or getting gate drops. The top riders of out sport talk about how much missing races effects them, even if they are on the bike training. Why wouldn't it be any different for kids?
