So by my math as the 2020’s sit, non-Americans have won 16 of 33 available titles so far in this decade. This is heavily weighted by Jett winning almost half of those (7). For the 2010s, Non-Americans won 7 of 50 available titles (includes Dean, who really was a product of the American am system). For the 2000s, Non-Americans won 12 of 50 available titles. Also cast my vote for southwick. It’s less than a 2 hour drive from Boston and the easiest track to drive into. Rent a car and make it a fun weekend going to the track and exploring the city.

When Ken and Hunter were that close there should have been no option to go split screen. There has been tons of dumb shit this year but this one takes the cake. They were talking all day about this potential battle and as soon as we got it they split to guys over 10 seconds off the lead. At this point I think he is actively trying to get himself fired.

96, two reasons; only 643 feet below mile high stadium. Seems like the HRC bike and the human behind the bars did well last weekend and 643 feet isn’t that much. 96 seems overall to do better in ideal conditions. It looks like conditions will be ideal on Saturday. Both riders are uber deserving, though. I’m hoping for clean racing and nothing questionable from either rider, fellow competitors, lappers, or the AMA.

I don’t get this place. Vince may rub you all the wrong way but the guy is racing at the highest level, making a living doing what we all love and wish we could do. He was 2 seconds faster on hard pack as well, over Gajser and Herlings. I’ll probably get downvoted for this but Lucas is turning into what Herlings should have been for a career path. Get out of the 250 class fast and up to a 450. For elite guys that’s how it should be. I disagree with DeWolf take, IMO Lucas is another level. Kay should not follow him to USA. Stay in Europe avoid Lucas and go into an era where your the young gun.
