You can close the tailgate on a 6 ft bed only if you load your bike diagonally. I load my bike diagonally, with the front wheel on the driver's side so that it doesn't block my view where it matters.

10/6/2025 4:52pm Got there Thursday night and left just after the motos on Sunday, was very impressed with how well the event was ran, very clean potra John's, plenty of vendors, and the crowd was definitely massive, I been to several nationals there and crowd wise it didn't compare, every spectator spots were absolutely packed
