Tomac is riding differently this year and at times it looks super desperate. He IS making enemies and showing weakness. Tomac is super fast and will probably win the championship, but he is super weak in the mind. Webb is a a bit off Tomac in speed but Web makes Tomac look like a dude with an IQ of 10 when it comes to race craft.

I wouldnt call tonight desperate, Id say he made a bad decision with Barcia and then further Bagget. I wont even fault Barcia because Eli ran into Barcia harder than Barcia did to Eli. Then to get away from Barcia he ended up undercutting Bagget.

I think he just needs to regroup for Daytona. He didnt lose the red plate yet but he needs that monentum back. Its too bad because Eli had very good speed tonight, but at least he got 4th and not 14th.

Lastly, I wont deny that Webb has better racecraft, Id say he has better racecraft than everyone out there. Tomac probably should have been able to get Webb and it didnt happen.
To me, Tomac has looked desperate all season. He has never ridden like this. He might end up winning the SX championship though. Tomac used to be totally clean, but he is now taking dudes out left and right.

Barcia is still in the championship fight to the guy that said he would be if he rode different. He is 3rd in points 23 points behind. Bad night or injury by Roczen or Tomac and he is right there.

Is it considered a push if tomac didn’t budge at all ? BB4 looked a little weak haha

Yeah, riding from 14th up to 4th is SO weak, especially after hitting the ground. Tomac did what he had to do, simple as that.

Barcia is aggressive and fights for every position. All he has done the last several weeks is pass lots of people. That pass tonight on Hill was bad ass! I think he is damn fun to watch!

Oh no! Look out! Lol. I bet Monster already told him to chill, even though he poses no threat at all.

How many passes did Eli make? He went backwards then passed a bunch of guys before the Baggett incident then went backwards to 14th then back up to 4th. Crazy good ride from him on a track that was "difficult" to pass on.

Did something happen with Tomac when he tried to pass Breece? He seemed to lose more ground and get passed by Malcolm.

The question I would be asking is why doesn't Barcia ride like he did tonight,.....Every Night. If I was Team Yamaha, I'd be asking that question, today, tomorrow and next week.

Prob would be like 10 points down instead of 25

Cant believe we had to listen to Barcia crying about getting hit. The guy bounces off the entire field and says he just likes to battle, but then it comes back at him and he cries like a baby.

I’ll say the bottom line is Barcia is a racer. He does what he can. He also has been pretty damn clean this year. You guys complaining about him kill me.

Barcia’s been feuding with Davalos yet passed him clean in the Main tonight. Contracts matter so maybe there’s a new Barcia on the track. He’s certainly way different than his goofy JGR days.

True, but he whines like a baby when someone does to him what he does to everyone else. Look at the shit he pulled on Davalos a few weeks back, then when Davalos tries to make Barcia put up or shut up, Barcia puts his hands up like a snowflake and looks around for mommy (track crew) to save him. He’s like the kid on the playground In elementary school who pokes you with a stick, then runs To the playground monitor when you call him on his bullshit.

You guys need to relax. Just understand he wants a championship. Admittedly the pass attempt with Baggett was too hasty and he would have been better off to show more patience, but in the heat of the battle it is not always easy to think. I would rather see him fight and come up short, then lay back wait and still come up short. Atleast right now he is showing some fight and not cruising around in 13th place for 15 minutes.

Def better then he’s been in the past. Just picking his battles with the wrong guys. Barcia will not forget about it. Bagget May.

Baggett was just riding around after he recovered from Eli’s takeout, and when Eli came up to pass him he gave him a wide berth. I was thinking there might be some subtle retaliation like slowing him up but no. That’s why BB4 s a pro. All business no bull.
Maybe. Or it could be that when he tried pushing an unsuspecting Tomac, Eli didn't even remotely budge hahahaha.

Eli has as many or more national titles than Barcia does national wins I think? And three Daytona wins?

I think the biggest thing barcia and bam bam have in common is that they’re both babies

This is the only reason i like to watch it.. and roczen taking the holeshot and riding away.

Tomac, little upset leprechaun .. let's hope he is the punching bag for the next round and they clean him out.

Man, what an intense night of racing with high emotions. It's like a War just broke out tonight, and Baggett got the worst of it. Nothing boring about this Supercross season.

Bam bam can ride sand
Seen him at lommel at MXON
Very impressive for a guy who wasn’t weened on the stuff
Barcia is flying this year in fairness

Facts and evidence do not support your opinion of Barcia's chances at Daytona.

#1 How does Barcia do vs Tomac on tracks with "less jumps"....you know...like outdoors? Tomac smokes him.

#2 What is Tomacs record at Daytona?:
2013-4th (he was still a 250 rider moonlighting some 450 races...)
2014- Did not race
2015 - 2nd to Ryan Dungey
2016- 1st
2017 - 1st (by 17 seconds....)
2018 - 2nd (after being DEAD LAST and -16s on lap 1 - went down exiting a corner after Weston checked up on him)
2019- 1st

#3 What is Barcia record at Daytona
2013 - 3rd
2014 - 12th
2015 - Did not race
2016 - Did not race
2017 - 11th
2018 - Did not race
2019 - Did not race

So it begs the question. What are you smoking?

So I didn’t make it through all 4 pages of this thread, but last nights bump and run between the 3 and 51 had me thinking for certain that Barcia was going to find just enough speed to get back on Tomac and punt him. It reminded me of when years ago Carmichael said “If you can’t win the title, wreck someone who can” or something to that effect.
