3/12/2020 9:37pm This whole thing is frightening. While the actual illness doesn’t seem as fatal as past problems..... if we’re reacting this way now, I can only imagine it will get worse. There will be no vaccine for at least a year and our only recourse now is quarantine. Are we going to quarantine for a year?

2/16/2020 5:25pm Here’s a fun concept. It takes more energy to ride at a pace you are not used to and it’s hard to replicate that pace unless you are in it. That was a building block race for him.
