It seems as before Tomac set the standard on speed and no one was close a few years back, I think Jett and Sexton raised it and it brought everyone else with them on this side of the pond. It’s crazy to think you throw all these guys in a race and any of them can win. Fucking proud as hell of Webb. Fought forward both motos. I’m still not a believer, AP doesn’t have what it takes to handle the pressure on this stage. He should have had an easy top 5 finish.

I just had a chance to re-watch the last round again and I don't think anyone had really mentioned Eli (IMO) practically saving Hunter's life at the start of the second race. In the first rhythm section you see that Hunter misses the triple after the double and immediately looks back realizing he could be in trouble. Eli is already committed to the triple behind Hunter and what I initially thought was a huge mistake that Eli was lucky to get away with, it turns out it was a massive course correction so he didn't land on Hunter. Seriously, big props to Hymas (I know he's not going anymore), Coop and Eli to answer the call positively and go to England. There isn't much upside for the guys going other than winning. 9/23/2024 2:11pm Would tend to agree, wouldn't call us favorites but definitely in the discussion. All contenders have their flaws. Our chances I think are going to come down to AP. Need 2 good scores out of him, not too worried about the MX2/MX3 moto, the MX1/MX3 moto will be tough.

so Deegan started the season with a "wrist sprain". Ended the season with plates being removed and the team wouldnt send him. Now... The same Team who apparently wouldnt let him race Nations. Is now sending Webb across the pond to race on Deegans bike. I didnt have that in my bingo card. Must be hard being a Deegan fan keeping up with whats true and having to defend your favourite rider when you never get the honest full story.

This is A- at the worst... Not a B in my opinion. I would have picked Tomac and Deegan, yes, but the reasons for AP and Hymas are clear and understood. This team can win MXoN. But so can about 5 others.... I doubt we'll see a dominate result by anyone this year, it should be a great race.
