You know there is a vintage market in Europe for these kinda bikes. If you don't say what you're searching for it's getting difficult to respond. Upgrade parts.. ?

On a cr250 '06 , i had to use a 280mm bracket crf and a 260mm brake disk with that crf caliper. Only way to get it work on the cr showa. Good luck with the puzzle. "slide pin spacing is off by 1mm from other nissin calipers due to the piston sizing"
Beat the second manche, not the first. Cairoli maybe he retired from motorcross races but his body isn't retired and he ain't a lucky one year world champ. In that heavy shit sand with 5 sec in front and behind a Multi time world champ Elzinga did some nice riding.. Wonder how many laps Cairoli would have put on you...

My kid finished 10th overall in both 65 7-9, and 7-9 limited at LL this year. Best moto was a 4th. Completely stock bike too, didn’t even touch suspension. Even ran the stock maxis tires on the bike (except for the 3 mud races when I put a mx14 wheel on). He goes to normal school, and we just ride. Don’t do any training. We do go to a Monday night class thing at a local track with like 10 other kids for 3 hours, but we only do that once every 3 weeks or so on average. He would...

it was 1500 or 3500 euro. That was the price to join a women race in Assen 2017. They were funding, to let a lady ride her dream in that period. Well she did it in Assen. Had to think back what it was and the amount , to long ago. Starting entry was/is 10k for a rider to start...

yes, you can qualify. If i'm right it did cost 5k starting money. As a privateer you can qualify, well if your fast enough. Most time you see some Dutch top nationals joining a mxgp in Holland or Belgium. Even a local women is joining sometimes a race in the WMX in the past. Don't pin me on the 5k...

Yes they would still run 250 4 stokes, the factory teams are funded by the OEM's marketing budgets. If the OEM's were trying to sell dihydrogen monoxide powered bikes, the factory teams would be racing them.

A retired MX SX pro said to me. Four strokes are like welding with a mig welder. Any dummy can set the heat and pull the trigger. Two strokes are like Tig welding. Not everyone is cut out to be good on them.

I think some of it is nostalgia. When I see or hear 2 strokes I'm taken back to some of the happiest childhood days of watching the local races and smelling the smoke or wrenching on my rm80 in my garage with my dad. It is a different animal too. A guy let me ride his 06 rm125 last year at the track (he rode my 250f) and I am pretty sure you couldn't have slapped the smile off my face.

I've tried to sell this bike over marketplace dealing with no show idiots. Please, if you or a friend wants a solid, no bent parts, rattling parts, no oil smoking engine....send them this way. I will give every spare air filter, lever, bolt, stand etc. to make this deal complete. They can set up a ride time as well. 58 total hours shown by FI indicator light. Kept as a spare offroad bike. Slow senior ridden and I'm the original owner...loved Suzuki's but too many bikes now. I greased with anti seize and Bel Ray waterproof grease when new and...

Performance is the same. They hold the fine dust and sand. NO OIL on the twin air only on the filter. Using three of these on a practice day when it's a dusty day. Some change every ride the filter on a race day (3 filters). Prefer to use three of these. Two laps and the sand is there.

Dep and HGS are the same family, HGS would be around 350/400 euro. The cone would give the best performence from Piet. Also the cheapest one. 600 euro , you're talking about is not right. JSV is belgium Piet is from Holland HGS and DEP or SPES are from Holland The pc pipe will give the most narrow powerband...

JSV is a 600 euro cone pipe (if he had to make it for the first time), more for the looks then really a upgrade on power.
