You don’t quit racing because you get old.

Love how he beat the kid that rides for him 😂, now absolutely anything Liam may have had to say about his bike is void.

Haha he beat Everts that’s amazing. Cairoli’s longevity is incredible to witness. He’s Stew’s age and still racing. One of our sport’s true greats

First he is not old, 37 is not even close to old.  Second, I would be embarrassed if I was those kids he beat!

Beat the second manche, not the first. Cairoli maybe he retired from motorcross races but his body isn't retired and he ain't a lucky one year world champ. In that heavy shit sand with 5 sec in front and behind a Multi time world champ Elzinga did some nice riding..

Wonder how many laps Cairoli would have put on you at that track.. maybe a lap or three/four?

I was gonna say something similar, he is a 9 time world champion! If Ricky kicked my ass at a race I would be damn proud I got smoked by the GOAT! 😂

Just beat the World Number 2 in both Motos. That’s perhaps a bit embarrassing for Everts, Thank god it’s AC so you get somewhat of a pass.

Both Rick and Everts  got shit starts and had to come through the pack, the old crafty fox Cairoli got out front early. And kept the pace.

both of those mx2 guys are getting a lot of ribbing today about AC beating them, especially everts being beat by his retired team boss😂😂😂

Why would you wonder how many laps Tony would put on me?  I’m not claiming to be fast or I could hang with him on a MX track.

If he's not even close to old, then why should the kids he beat be embarrassed? He's a 9-time world champ who's only been full-time retired for a year, and he was winning MXGP races as recently as 2021.

It reminds me of Bobby Moore being faster than his team riders back in the late 90’s.

Position after first lap in both motos:

Rick: 1 & 4

TC: 3 & 1

Everts: 4 & 3

That "had to come through the pack" is a bit of an overstatement.

I’m surprised Adamo didn’t ride, he needs all the practice he can get on the sand.

Because when he came to the states to race last year. People were saying. Oh he is retired, not really there to race hard, win etc. Cant have it both ways.

So he’s not allowed to try to win again because he’s full-time retired?

He needs to be in pure championship mode. Look at what’s happened all around him all year.

Never said that, but that was the excuse when he raced last year.  Retired, not really trying to win etc.   Legends dont go to races to ride around.  He got beat simple.  He said the pace in the states is faster. And i am a big AC fan,but it is what it is.

Dunno, that is what he told me.

I only saw clips of it not the full race.

Tony, you went to the USA with a month of preparation. It wasn’t much, did you feel that?

For sure, and I knew it would be very tough to compete but then I was also a bit surprised because the top five was possible, if it wasn’t for a few mistakes. We were always there: 7, 8, 5, 6, 4, 4. I was pretty happy in the end with the pace I had.

I don‘t see excuses, only a clown like you could see them!I want to know who could win at the age of 37 with a few weeks of practice (no races!)?Yes,he was test rider for KTM but retired from racing,so why you ignoring the facts?

As always, you compare apples and pears. He raced in a weak international race with 3 regular gp riders in a 21minutes +1r.It was a last minute decision to choose to race.Great respect to AC for showing up and beating thoses young talents.

Keep on trolling!
