His 2022 title defense year was worse. He didn't get a single win, had 4 podiums, and ended up 7th in the points standings. This year he's got 6 podiums including a win, currently sits 4th in the points standings with 4 rounds to go.

Get out of the 250 class fast and up to a 450. For elite guys that’s how it should be. I disagree with DeWolf take, IMO Lucas is another level. Kay should not follow him to USA. Eli is overly sensitive when it comes to media these days, looks very petty. When he gives so little and is so guarded, you are asking for speculation. I haven’t ridden the new KTM 300 but I’ve always preferred he rev out of a 250 over a 300

I had a 23 300sx and now have a 25 250sx, the 250 is the most fun 2 stroke I have ever ridden. For me the power of the 300 just doesn't suit a motocross track. The 250 just feels so much more fun and racey and can be ridden aggressively. If you like to torque a bike around and ride in the low to mid rpm the 300 might be the better choice. If you like to twist the throttle and want the most fun then go the 250.

Man you guys really take this stuff seriously. I can't imagine dedicating that much brain space to a podcaster in a hobby sport that is my escape from real life.

Will Jett be ready? I stop asking that question after he came back from a torn acl in Supercross and won the outdoor championship last year. Of course he will be ready and even if he’s not it won’t take long to dominate again.

Engine braking has an effect on how much downward force the front has off throttle. This is why certain bikes are good for the majority of people, but pro racers don't like them. You start modifying the power and a good handling bike all of a sudden is hard to corner. Light switch power on a 4 stroke is really bad because it amplifies the lifting/dropping of the front. You can fight it with suspension, but then you loose the comfort on smaller bumps. Smoothing out and filling in any dips in the power is the best way to do...

Yeah I made a similar comment about Chase. He doesn't always capitalize when Jett is out injured. Two sx titles up for grabs Chase could have won. Hunter needs to get this. As much as I'd like to see Kenny or Eli win this, I dont see Hunter being beat. He checks too many of the boxes. If he's not the fastest, he's close. His starts are great, he's consistent. He's tough. Hunter will get it done IMO
