LOL.. i got stitched up there. The dust problem was more that MXGB wanted more water on it so it stayed damp for longer and the club didnt, so we got what we got, but i get that you dont think it was dusty LOL. And it was busy, even though it didnt look it, because most people were under the trees keeping cool. We try to keep it simple, and with racing like that it certainly helps. Who is Bloss losing too right now that you think he should be beating? I mean he beat Tomac. Bottom line there are more than 10 factory riders on the gate. Somebody has to get 10th. They’re not handing out 3 3rd place trophies last time I checked.

I noticed this as well. I'm kind of bummed because I felt like Josh had the ability to bring back some of that old MXA glory. Say what you will about (the now 79 year old) Jody, but he built MXA up into something of an institution. Before RacerX or even "The Racing Paper", there was MXA. As others have said, Zach has always had a unique style! Scrunched/hunched over, etc, not as stylish or flashy as others... But he has what most others do not.... that dawg in him. The deep burn to make it happen when others can not. And few things look more stylish hanging on the wall than a AMA 450 Outdoor championship trophy! Pairing that with a MXGP round win trophy is rare air too.

Another lackluster day for me. Fun, but lacking in all aspects of execution. Track was brutal today at 4pm.. Not trash or slot car, just knarly ass moto. First sand section rollers were like 4-5' deep. Main sand sweeper wasnt as deep of bumps but felt like that sugary slippery sand all the way through it. Johnson is coming back from a big crash he had in the Canadian Nationals.

He said it multiple times during the moto 60 show this summer and to be fair, with Cairolis results and the shallow depth in the current 450 class, I think that he could do OK. I have always loved Zach’s view on racing. When he lived in Norway with Gundersen they showed up and raced a local race here in Sweden on an off weekend and not to talk about his ISDE racing and always raising his hand for MxDN. I’ve got a soft spot for those types of riders that will race anything just for the love of riding...
