Give me a carb all day. I can understand the appeal to the injected bikes but they’re just not for me. I like the engine characteristics of a well tuned carbureted bike, the simplicity of it, and you just can’t beat the raspy raw sound of a Carb’d 2 stroke.

My Beta 300 RX with a carb and aggressive/mild selector. Which they call sunshine/rain mode. Kinda best of both worlds.

Rode a few KTM injected bikes. 250xc, 300sx & a 300xc. Comparing them to my YZ250 or any other carbed two stroke I’ve owned/ rode. Give me a carb. There is just something about the feel of a carb I prefer. Maybe they just feel more crisp & responsive to me but I didn’t like the feel of the injected bike.

What is wrong with people giving their feedback on their medical care? I am a medical professional myself and find it helpful to ask others what they did and if they'd do it again. None of this is to say someone shouldn't listen to their doctor, but even two good doctors could have two different but legitimate opinions on how to manage something. My 06 cornered better than any 450 I had. It also felt a lot lighter and smaller. Maybe my memory is just bad. I loved that bike.

such great bikes, one of my all time favorites. That carb would be questionable though if it has had fuel in it but never ridden. Those carbs work good when they are clean but get a little shit in them and they can be a real pain in the ass, very complex system as far as carbs go
