10/18/2024 7:13am I am a size 10 shoe. I had the original instincts in a 10 and they were very tight. They were ok when riding but were uncomfortable if worn for a few hours. I have the instincts 2.0 in a 10 and they fit perfectly. Supportive when riding but also comfortable when wearing all day. Hope that helps.
