7/5/2024 3:26pm Negative, the 2025 sxf's are still air.

7/5/2024 3:25pm To be clear, I'm on a spring conversation and love it. There's more than a couple fast A riders at the club I ride at that run the air fork and have no issues with it. And by fast, I mean FAST. Dealing with the fork isn't a big deal to me the 350 is so good. My '23 is my first 350 and it's taken me awhile to get used to it. But the more I ride it, the more I like it. It's so damn good

7/4/2024 1:38am I have 22 350 and have ridden a 24 KX with FMF slipon (had 2 previous gen kxs and I wasn't overwhelmed on the differences of the new one, minus the tech . I recently rode a friends 24 husky 350 and absolutely loved it minus the forks . If the 25 is better I'm all over it but not for 11k lol

7/3/2024 9:52pm I'd have to argue that my 350 has more snap and bark coming out of corners than my 450, granted once into the meat of the power the 450 pulls harder. The 350 has a very snappy quick revving style of power whereas the kx is quiet slow and lethargic. If he's coming from a 23 yz450 he will find...

7/3/2024 6:31pm While I agree keeping an eye on the air pressure might be a annoying for some it really is not a big deal. And even though I do prefer the feel of a spring fork, the air fork in the current models is not bad as people still make them out to be.

7/3/2024 4:19pm I came from a 23 yz450, I've previously had 350's and currently have a 23 350sxf and 24 KX450. I was in the same situation as you so I bought both ha ha. As good as the kx is I honestly believe the only people who really benefit from riding 450's are the super fast, super lazy and the real...

7/2/2024 10:06pm I must be the odd one out, I had an xpr mapped vortex for my 22 350sxf and wasn't very impressed with it. It definitely made more of a difference than the CUO does on my 23 but I was a bit disappointed. Had multiple friends also ride it back to back with stock ecu and none of them were...

7/2/2024 6:22pm If it's just less engine braking your after then that was reasonably noticeable with the CUO. I didn't notice it much in slow 1st/2nd gear stuff but chopping throttle hard on fast sections in 3rd and 4th the bike almost free-wheeled compared to stock.

7/2/2024 3:46pm Im 90-95kg and ride a faster vet B speed. I just find everything a little easier to do on the 350 vs the 450, with ruts and corners being the biggest difference. It's not night and day and is less noticeable when track is smooth and you have energy. But when the track gets beat and your worn out things...

7/2/2024 3:31pm I set it to dry sand which is aggressive.

7/2/2024 5:10am Yeah I already run the aggressive throttle cam. I set the terrain to dry sand which is aggressive and throttle response to the most aggressive. I'm a bit bigger guy so basically want everything I can get out of a 350. I actually prefer the power of 450's but the way the 350 handles just can't be beat in my...

7/2/2024 5:05am Yeah definitely if I already had a vortex I would be getting that remapped over the CUO unit. Although I wasn't blown away with the vortex on my 22 350 it was still a bigger difference than the CUO.

7/2/2024 2:46am Got to try CUO on 23 350sxf today, set engine braking to minimum and throttle response to maximum. Honestly I could barely notice any difference in throttle response but engine braking was a noticeable difference. I was ok with the standard engine braking and was mainly chasing more throttle response so for me was a bit of waste of money...

6/30/2024 9:45pm I was hesitant to buy I pipe for my 23 350sxf after all I've heard about them not making any difference. A guy I trust told me the akro slip-on with insert removed makes a noticeable difference. So I got one and was very pleasantly surprised. With insert in it was basically like stock power but very quiet, with insert...
Smith246 Added a reply to 150sx vs yz250 for 2nd bike?
6/28/2024 5:46am I have thought about it but I had a 23 300sx and really didn't gel with it at all so it has kinda put me off the 250sx. I would really love to ride one but. I've always felt comfortable on Yamaha's and got to spin a few laps on a friend's yz250 the other week and felt pretty comfortable...
Smith246 Added a reply to 150sx vs yz250 for 2nd bike?
6/28/2024 5:40am I think I'm actually leaning towards the yz250, it's a proven bike and hopefully be able to pick up a decent low hour second hand one. Might give the new 150 a year and see how they go.
Smith246 Added a reply to 150sx vs yz250 for 2nd bike?
6/27/2024 9:04am I had a 2017 150sx before and loved it, still the only bike I wish I never sold. My main reason for wanting a 25 150sx was so some parts would atleast be interchangeable with my 350. And as much as i loved that 150, I personally think the newer generation ktms are the best handling ktms ever built, and...
