I'm vet b and always did pretty well on a yz 250. I've ridden 150 and 350 a few times I feel like a yz is closer feeling to the 350 and a 150 was light and really fun. Just my opinion I'm fairly light 150 pounds so I don't ride 450s at all.

6/24/2024 12:31am I had a 23 300sx and really didn't gel with it at all so it has kinda put me off the 250sx. I have thought about it but I'd really want to try one before I committed to it.

I would choose the 150. A small bore 2-stroke is the perfect second bike.

6/23/2024 10:38pm That's one of my main concerns with the 150. I'm more than happy to do top ends myself but it might be something I get a bit sick of doing every 15hrs.

I think it comes down to riding style. If your more active on the bike/ fast twitch your going to like the 350 more most likely because if feels lighter, more nimble and wont tire you out as fast. If you are more of a lugger and what I would call 'efficient' rider the 450 might not tire you out as much because you don't have to ride it as aggressive. It's just knowing what you are.
