Never owned a Kawi and I have never been a fan of them but this bike looks sweet, and it sounds good in the video clips but the injected 2 strokes never quite sound a s "raw" as a carb 2t, they usually sounds kind of loaded up which I think is what being are keying in on. I do worry about the fuel injection portion as a guy that works on tpi and tbi Huskys and deal with their random and odd sensor issues, runnability etc. This is the reason I still happily kick start my yz250

I am sure it is a good bike. I have ridden 2 strokes for 58 years, from 125cc to 500cc, and honestly that is definitely the worst sounding big bore 2 stroke that I have ever heard. It sounds more like a 150cc.. not a big bore, especially when it is rev'd out. Sounds like it flattens out very fast. I am also sure that every guy that has put down their downpayment is hating my post, but it is a 2 stroke, so it should be easily fixable, aside from the fuel injection which will require sending the ECU...

Really liked the idea of this bike, until I saw no kicker, electric start, battery, and fuel injection. Yuck. 🤮

Thanks for the Info , i check it on the TSP Homepage they listed 16,5% or 8 HP increase of power.😳 For me as a new RX 350 Owner I think thats to much for a normal Rider 8 HP more , i Upgrade now to a Full FMF and Power is close to perfekt for me . Would be interesting to do that 1,5-1,6mm Base Gasket Mod with Standard Head ?

Quick update, I converted my 24 over to all the 26+ plus settings (cdi, airboot, airbox, carb settings). I was running T2 VP with the stock jetting 65p, 178main, 90pj (95 is stk), and n3ew-2. Yamaha finally sorted out the jetting I would say it’s slightly better than diggers settings. The CCL needle seemed to give the bike a more pronounced hit over the 26 settings. May need to increase the main to a 182.

I get that. I just picked up a 2001 cr250 motor in a 2019 frame with a 2000 keihin carb. Got the jd jet kit and I’ve got that thing running so good now! Crazy how much jetting can affect power. But that 2025 tc300 was great, ran so good everywhere every time! My 2025 yz250 blew with the full pc moto at 18 hours, sent it to Haesker and he’s built it out for me and it should be here this week. Time for a cr250 vs yz250 shootout!

150SX #5 Slide no notch, 42-74 clip 2 , 520 , 35 , AS 1.5 , Power valve 2 turns red spring E10 fuel 40:1 motul 800 sea level 45-60° TEMPS, rides incredible in MX , for slow riding loads up pretty quick When temps go above 75° i go with 500 main and 32.5 pilot.
