Terry got a hold of a lot of bikes by doing some shady stuff, Gary Jones was only one. He also got ahold of some bikes because the owners of some were told they would be on display at a museum, never were. He raised a ton of money and also held fund raisers where people donated a lot of money to hangout with their hero’s, nobody knows where that money went. I know one legend that was pissed his bike went to him.

A rider and his father that I've been helping for almost twenty years told me a story about Terry. His dad had some TS125 hop up kit still new in the box and was selling to raise money for his friend because the guy was in the hospital. Plenty offers were coming in and somehow Terry got his number and wanted it donated for his museum, well he stated what he was doing and turned him down. Terry kept calling and dressing him down for not GIVING it to his museum.

So you know more than Gary about his bikes & memorabilia?

By “His Dad’s Wife” I assume you mean a 2nd wife….not his Mother. Hint: Then that’s the source of his anger. He stored his stuff at his Dad’s house. His stepmom sold it off…. Not hard to understand

The only scandal created was delusional fans who thought and still push for this narrative. They wanted a knock down bar banging duo. Which is never gonna happen between the two. Glad for the feedback on the knuckle. As you are well aware, suspension setting is a lot of personal preference, so no one setting or part will work for everyone. But with your explanation it helps to understand what the knuckle does if that's a feel someone isn't getting and wants. I feel the stock knuckle is still probably pretty good for a majority of 450RX buyers that are a little older/slower or more multi use such as myself (use for everything, not just MX).
