I know nothing about either side, but Franchise agreements are generally very clear when it comes to meetings/trainings etc. The guy that chose to go to a race instead of attending a mandatory meeting likely deserves to lose the ability to represent the brand.

What is significant and interesting is what is NOT being said. So roughly based on what i have read: - Gary is not saying what has happened is illegal - its about respect to Gary. - T.Good doesn’t mention anything about working things out with Gary. Its about legal rights with T.Good.

Todays Update: This is Michael's family. Michael continues to be slowly improve. He is out of the ICU and has been moved to a long term hospital. He can open his eyes and moves his right hand. Other than that he still doesn't speak or move around. His doctors say he can have visitors. Please text us if you would like more info about visiting him.
