Maybe you need to think! If Don had wanted to sell, he would have sold when he was alive. I've had dealings with the Jones's family since the 70s and may know a little bit more about this that you think I do.

I know nothing about either side, but Franchise agreements are generally very clear when it comes to meetings/trainings etc. The guy that chose to go to a race instead of attending a mandatory meeting likely deserves to lose the ability to represent the brand.
