Good improvement. It sounds like there’s still a bit of initial hesitation. Try a 32.5 pilot sometime. Especially as it keeps getting warmer temperature.

Yeah you should have none of that hesitation. Put in the 42-74 on clip 2. And I also think you should be getting more towards a 520 or 540 main in those temps. On my 150 I am running a 540 even in crazy hot Arizona and elevation 400M. As a tuning option, yes you can try the -75 needles. I used them in some of the 2022 125's that were prone to a roll on rich hesitation. Don't be afraid to try them.

6/12/2025 11:16am Thanks everyone for the replys. Yesterday i order 2 bottles of Bel Ray gear saver 80w85. Looks like this is the first choice for a Lot of people ! So can't be go wrong, if someday My local dealer doesnt have it anymore, without doubt i'd go with the Motul transoil

I’ve ran Belray 80 Weight Gearsaver, The Honda gear oil in the red bottles, and Maxima MTL since I bought mine new in 16 and can’t say a bad thing about any of them. If you can get one of those local and fairly easy, that would be my choice. Not a fan of running engine oil in a two stroke gear box.

I run Maxima MTL in my 22' but I'm sure any of the ones you listed will be great as long as its MA2 certified. I think some guys even run ATF lol.

I have used the belray in multiple ktms. The 125/150 shifted exceptionally smooth with that oil.

I have used Motul Transoil 10w40 in my 2018 250sx since new and I'm still on the orginal clutch with 176 hours on the bike of hard moto.

5/19/2025 5:31pm Thanks , and in RMATV they only have one size top end kit . Vertex top end 57.94mm . They don't have A or B sizes. I'm good with the 57.4mm ? The bike is a low hour 45hs aprox .

About 45 degree. Basically you need the tab touching the plunger on the needle, but not depressing the plunger in.
