We were recommended 113A for 125/150 and 114A for 250. Definitely seems to work.

Bel ray gear saver 80w but recently its out of stock , so i switch to motul trans oil expert 10w40. Whats your power valve setting? . im on oem spring 1 turns in but i didnt notice any change, i was 1.75 turns. Soon i will try the red spring , would like to feel the power band hit...

In summer sea level i use 32.5 pilot with the #5 slide , no notch. Below 75-70 temp i change to 35 and my bike when temps reach to 40F my air screw is at 1 turn and maybe i can drop 37.5 but that temp is early in the morning. Usually i set the Air screw at 1.5 turns

Last year i was on 190lbs and i put on my 150sx a 4.4kg rear spring Race tech with great results and 140psi in front fork , now im 171lbs and i had a hard time getting the right sag without gear, the best i could get is 103mm sag , i think with full gear i reach the 105...

Thats good to hear, since the bike runs so well right now i didn't want the changes to mess it up haha. I've heard lots of good about the pro circuit system on the 150's so ill try it out and see how it goes. The r304 itself was a big improvement.

Nice bike!.. i have the same 2020 with almost same jetting . sea level 50-65F range temp 520, 35 , 42-74 pos 2, AS 1.75 . PV 1.25 and in few days im gonna try the red spring and Boyesen Super stock reeds .

This is a 2020 150sx with the 304 factory sound (long) silencer and stock exhaust . In my opinion is the best sound silencer , its not like the shorty , loud and like an old 2 stroke . The 304 Has a deeper tone more like a high cc 2 stroke and really nice over rev .

I have 2020 150sx also, when temps are close to 40 F (sea level) in the morning i have to set the airscrew like 3/4 turn out to make it start and when temps are a little higher in the midday, 1 , 1.25 turn out is sweet spot . So i’d try 37.5 PJ at those temps and avoid...

I've been using the setup (page 1) for the small bore with great results at sea level, from 45°F- 85°F with only air screw adjustment . Good improvement. It sounds like there’s still a bit of initial hesitation. Try a 32.5 pilot sometime. Especially as it keeps getting warmer temperature.

Update: now with 42-74 2 clip , is much better , im pretty happy how the bike is runnig, you can hear it from the video. Today i had a MX class, so i could test it. I notice after i let the engine idle for a few minutes, starts to sputters/ hesitate but after a few full throttle passes...

Yeah you should have none of that hesitation. Put in the 42-74 on clip 2. And I also think you should be getting more towards a 520 or 540 main in those temps. On my 150 I am running a 540 even in crazy hot Arizona and elevation 400M. As a tuning option, yes you can try the -75 needles. I used them in some of the 2022 125's that were prone to a roll on rich hesitation. Don't be afraid to try them.

BR9EIX and the last one that fouled is BR8EIX and is new . Thought the hotter plug maybe will help . I think i will try the 710 oil because i like how the bike is running , dont think is the jetting

Thanks everyone for the replys. Yesterday i order 2 bottles of Bel Ray gear saver 80w85. Looks like this is the first choice for a Lot of people ! So can't be go wrong, if someday My local dealer doesnt have it anymore, without doubt i'd go with the Motul transoil
