6/15/2026 9:52am Just a follow up, When I eventually do the top end, should I remove the marks with a green Scotch brite pad? The green ones aren't nearly as abrasive and I heard that you can use them without damaging nikasail or whatever the coating is.

6/13/2026 6:40am Ok thank you, Yea I make sure my filter and intake boot are clean. I used grease around the seal that the filter makes with the boot and also use a tacky filter oil. Never any dust when I take the filter off in the boot. Its got good compression, I think ill just keep running it and not worry...

6/12/2026 11:33pm I dont believe it was recently plated. Stock cylinder. I can see the cross hatching which is good but the streaks are a bit concerning.

6/12/2026 5:16am Thats good to hear, since the bike runs so well right now i didn't want the changes to mess it up haha. I've heard lots of good about the pro circuit system on the 150's so ill try it out and see how it goes. The r304 itself was a big improvement.

12/13/2025 11:09am Got it, thanks for all the help. I don't plan on getting it absolutely dialed in for the winter as I don't do much winter riding but I'll play with Airscrew/PJ. excited for riding season however. guess I get a little eager haha.
