I’ve ran Belray 80 Weight Gearsaver, The Honda gear oil in the red bottles, and Maxima MTL since I bought mine new in 16 and can’t say a bad thing about any of them. If you can get one of those local and fairly easy, that would be my choice. Not a fan of running engine oil in a two stroke gear box.

I run Maxima MTL in my 22' but I'm sure any of the ones you listed will be great as long as its MA2 certified. I think some guys even run ATF lol.

I have used the belray in multiple ktms. The 125/150 shifted exceptionally smooth with that oil.

I have used Motul Transoil 10w40 in my 2018 250sx since new and I'm still on the orginal clutch with 176 hours on the bike of hard moto.

About 45 degree. Basically you need the tab touching the plunger on the needle, but not depressing the plunger in.

That sounds like some good starting points for you. Make sure you check the float height also to 8 - 9mm. From the manual, your bike has the S-1: To Remove the needle-Jet, remove slide assembly, remove carb from bike, remove float bowl and float, remove main jet, and then remove the 8mm brass nut under main jet (Main jet holder). First page has good base settings. Running 32:1 will lean it out as well as the type of fuel will be a bit leaner because of how it burns. You might want to try it and and see how it runs and maybe go back to 40:1 to richen it back up.

You shouldn’t need 7 as the seals will come with the bearings. The schematics for the OEM parts on RMATV is great, go through all the engine diagrams and add each bearing you see in the bottom end to your cart. If you hover your mouse over the callout number on the schematic, RMATV will populate a window to add to your cart with the recommended quantity for the drawing. Usually Honda OEM parts are pretty fair, so I would just buy those instead of trying to hunt down a kit of lesser quality. Pro-X is good stuff, I’d avoid...
