Keep on at Stark if this doesn't get better for you. And, find / make contact with others in Sand Groper Land and see how they are going with theirs. There can always be anomalies with single bikes / batches of bikes. I have the unit on my 23 350sxf. I created a map with maximum throttle response and minimal engine braking and both my white and green map feel different to the stock mapping. So I am inclined to believe what ktm have told me.

The answer I got from ktm is it makes an overall new map. Then your white and green map are a mellow and aggressive version of that map, if that makes sense. Also I do believe your chosen map will stay if you disconnect the unit but I'm not 100% on that.

I'm chasing more stability, anytime I try anything close to 100mm I notice it start getting a little twitchy. I mainly ride faster sand tracks so I prefer 105-110mm.
