Anyone tried the ktm connectivity unit on 23 or newer?

It would not suprise me in the least if both of you are right.  There may be a difference in the 2023 to 2025 software or firmware that causes them to be different.

I had to get my 23 updated to the 25 settings for the unit to work.

How you guys feeling about this now? 

Do you have to update the ecu every year? Or one and done?

Just once and my understanding is that only the ‘23s require the update. The ‘24 and up work without requiring an update.

Thanks. There isn’t as much information online as I’d like, neither from KTM nor forums.
