Something will always fail, that's why we do a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis in product development. A consumer would want the lever to break before the master cylinder, because a lever is more affordable. In the ideal world I think you'd want your forks to bend before the chassis or triple clamps break as the crash would be less severe. At that point, survival over cost. Severity of the outcome is a big driver in the analysis. So what about Deegan's situation? Cost isn't a major driving factor like for consumers. If the lever were too strong it could...

Seems like BlackDieselBomber is accustomed to people accepting his ideas based on the authority of his middle management position, and gets flustered when his words/ideas are evaluated on their own merit.

The problem was crashes and user error dumb ass, do you blame the manufacturer of your car when you hit a k-rail and sheer a wheel off? The reality is if you were half as smart as you think you are you would be building and selling products yourself, not just telling everyone else how they can do better and making up fictional solutions in your head. It's real easy to come up with a "solution" in your head, it's a lot harder to do the work and actually implement/produce it.

LOL, " breaking what seemed every race not too long ago" was three times over three years ago, all for reasons out of my control. I even wrote a blog about it; worth a read if you're open to learning something: https://www.luxonmx.com/blog-luxon-broken-triple-clamps-failure.html

Idk man, it seems like his fans forget the Smith, juju, Coty, Chance, Hunter, Seth, Tom, and the list goes on. Anytime he passed Max A he made sure to ride him hard. The way he was talking to Shimoda the other week and pretty much how he treats EVERY guy on the gate. WE LITERALLY CELEBRATE AND GIVE HIM PROPS WHEN HE ACTS NORMAL. Thats not normal. He deserved to get punted years ago. Im glad someone finally stepped up and did it when it matters. Maybe more of these guys will quit putting up with his shit. If...

I found out my experience watching SX and MX and SMX etc., is much better if I hit the mute button and close my eyes whenever Deegan is either talking or his image is on the screen. I can watch him ride his motorcycle but that’s it. If you haven’t tried the mute button and the close your eyes thing give it a shot. I’m not sure how I’d handle being there live. Maybe a welder’s mask with a paper bag and then ear plugs and headphones?

I hope when Deegan moves up he doesn’t bring the take out mentality with him. I enjoy watching the top 450 guys race each other clean. Every time they are interviewed they say how they respect each other and I can’t help but think that’s all going to change when Deegan moves up.

Deegan tries blocking Beaumer in qualifying at San Diego, cleans him out in the heat race at A2, talks shit on the podium, talks shit in the press conferences, and talks shit on Instagram after every race. However, your line in the sand is when Beaumer reposts the same mugshot every moto media outlet was passing around, of a loud attention seeking diva, getting arrested and having his address officially discloused on public record? Excuse after excuse when your favourite rider and his camp conduct themselves as unapologetic, colossal assholes, yet cry wolf when he's roughed up a bit. You...

Regardless of feelings on what kitchen did, it looks like Deegan was staring at him as he came across..... Deegan had every opportunity to check up and stay up but that's not what he chose...... pretty stupid...... or maybe I'm just soft? IDK.......

Sorry dude, but I don’t see a full on T-bone there. Sure, I think his intent was to make contact and rough him up in the process, but I’m all for it. Deegan wants to dish it out he should expect it in return. His take out of Davies was worse in my opinion. And you're also right, I’m no Deegan fan.

I'm still waiting for a plausible explanation of what exactly Beaumer did to warrant the amount of backlash and harassment he's got ever since he became a race winner. Beaumer is a 17 year old sophmore professional for a factory race team and just had a potentially life altering injury, yet the first thought some of you dipshits have in the thread discussing his crash, is that it was a result of 'getting smoked by Deegan all year'. I will never understand what goes on inside your heads and it's probably for the best.

Doesn’t matter to me, or the majority for that matter. Also I’ll add Kitchen didn’t take himself out, I believe he still finished ahead of Deegan lol.

You guys miss the difference. Haiden does it over and over and has his whole career including amateurs. Kitchen does it once and it happens to be against Haiden who has made a career of it and the Deegan camp and their fan base loses their minds saying how unfair it is. It’s comical lol.

Bobby may have 5 bikes, but Jo’s got 16 others that probably would like to see him take it over Deegan.

Question for his fans. What happened to he loves riding like that? What happened to rubbing is racing? Is it only fun and ok when he's the guy dishing it out. Sure seemed salty after that.

Agreed. Why would he want to win $1m or have a straight up title to over Jett?

I just went back and watched a replay because of your comment. Its tough to tell, but i think you are right about Haiden leaning in. That's a good take, and Haiden didnt do himself any favors by the way he reacted to Levi on the inside of him. Haiden could have checked up and let the aggressive pass happen. In that scenario, he keeps decent track position. Then he could focus forward and charge to the front. It was super aggressive from Levi no doubt. But like so many are saying, hasn't Haiden been super aggressive the whole time...
