The race wasn't cancelled due to track conditions

Of course I cannot discredit those on the form who are successful in their fields. But, let’s be real most of the problem on here are just unaccomplished assholes. I am also not seeing where all this hate is coming from. The situation sucked but people are asking for unreasonable remedies. I get no one wants to pay for an experience to be cut short but getting this upset is an absolute waste that isn’t accomplishing anything.

No it's not simple. They should design the track and limit its racing because of a one in 200 chance they have to cancel the last moto? You actually think the riders would have raced that track with lights, when they didn't even want to race it during daylight? There is a reason there isn't any more night races at places that don't have permanent lights installed.

So they should: - keep a few hundred people on payroll and standby for a "maybe". Incl track builders, dirt haulers, stadium staff, medics, Feld crew, riders and families, teams, TV crew, AMA-staff. - Insurance and stadium rent should always be for a day extra - No one flying can plan for going early, so have to fly out late sunday evening (for all 30 races) even if it's not cancelled, and if you want to be guaranteed to come home. Incl people who bought tickets. - Catering and food, supply deliveries (incl breakfast, lunches) needs to be ordered for...

Just going to state the obvious and take the heat for it..... but this is why you don't rush back from a concussion in a sport that requires extreme focus and precision and where being even slightly off can have catastrophic consequences. I got to sit on my couch in my own living room and watch some of the fastest riders in the world race today. It was complimented with split screens and drone footage. All this for the low subscription price of Peacock. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to see two motos, but what the heck I'm not a 3 year old that will throw a tantrum when it's time to go home from the park. Thank you Feld, MX Sports, AMA, Peacock, and all the others that make this possible.

I hope you're right. My gut says we see a return of the tuck. Kawi HA is 1.5' more slack (choppered) from KTM. I think swingarm is a link shorter too. Thats less weight on the front. Chase is taller and rides a bit rearward compared to somebody shorter. That unweights the front. All Japanese bikes are similar in that HA. Again, hope I'm wrong. Eli - i think he's gonna be amazing on the KTM. Same reasons.

When I think back to the 2003 CR250 setup that RC rode with (and shudder) and won with, the contrast is pretty stark. I know the speeds are higher, skill levels are more elite, bikes have more parity, but geez. No, he said setting the bike up and developing new parts for Febvre is easy because they know what he likes at this point. He said it takes more time to do that for new riders as they have to learn their likes/dislikes. They start with a neutral setup (not Febvre’s) and adjust from there.
