I fractured both Ulnae at a Ponca qualifier at Wolf Creek back in the day, the ER in Burleson missed both fractures. A few days later our ortho confirmed the fractures and said it wasn't uncommon to miss small fractures taken within hours of the injury. That was 1991 though I'm sure (I hope?) imaging has improved in the last 35 years. I can't believe I just typed that 1991 was 35 years ago, damn.

My kid cracked his ulna playing football, and it got X-rayed about an hour after he hurt it. The Crack didn't show up, so they just splinter it like a sprain. A few days later he was in pretty bad pain, so I took him back for more x-rays. The Crack showed the 2nd time. Ortho said something about it beginning to "knit" and it's not that uncommon.

His weird races and weird seasons are due to shit ass Kawasaki team. Change my mind…how many more titles does he win if the Kawasaki doesn’t dnf indoors and out? Brake problems, engines grenading multiple times, they can’t get him comfortable so he has to mail it in with arm pump, he was instantly faster on Yamaha than he was on kawi, and instantly better again on Ktm than either of those bikes. He wins 2-5 more titles if he doesn’t go to the worst team in the field…change my mind. And before you say but rC wOn oN kAwI...
