MX scores overalls off of points scored per moto. A 1-3 is 45 points, a 2-2 is 44 points. 1st is 25pts, 2nd 22, and 3rd is 20. SMX uses "olympic" scoring. A 1-3 and 2-2 are both 4 points, the tiebreaker is the second moto score so a 2-2 beats a 1-3 for the overall. SMX awards only 25 points to the overall winner. Don't ask me why they do it differently between disciplines.

14 hours ago To be fair the $472 is in a resale site. The Center Hill tickets were originally like $30 more than other tickets. I got 2 of them when they were on presale back in January or February.

I went to a lot of races this year. Everybody I talked to is a fan of the sport. You can tell they love it… On the flip side the majority of Vital hate watches the sport at this point. And get mad if you acknowledge it.

I’m not sure so many people get hung up on the branding and how it’s promoted. That’s what they’re paid to do. I wish it wasn’t a mudder but still excited to watch some racing today! Not crying over spilled milk over here.
