I typically transfer over my triple clamp with handlebar, wheels and suspension + gearing (14/51) and ECU when i switch bike every year. A new SXF 450 is not raceable until 6-7h if you ask me. It feels short and nervous and very unforgiving. It is better ... more »

Is there an actual security issue, or Is it just paper work missing? I have 4 of these and I'm seriously wondering if I'm safe in them or taking unnecessary risk...!

On 2015 chassi you need to be at 60-62nm rear spring. 54nm was stock on 2015 250 i guess, i know 57nm was stock on 450.

Man, rest of guys should be worried for Hunter. His progress curve is amazing. He looked like a b rider during practice when he raced first sx races when he got to US. Now, holding og Craig.

With the current status of the bike, i think it would be a huge mistake to miss last rounds and a chance to tune the bike for next year. Mx i guess they can skip. Doesn't matter if Coop is 110% healed up with where the bike, Tomac and Anderson is at ... more »

Added reply in a thread 50/50 Herlings comes over 4/4/2022 1:37 PM

I think this depends on two things: 1. Does Herlings feel he can be 100% for 1-2 races in to US outdoors. Otherwise no go 2. How much does Infront want/need Herlings in MXGP? MXGP is loosing it's attraction quickly, snooze fest to say the least, and ... more »

50nm rear spring is good for you, not less than 50nm. You are probably around 5-7mm preload which is good. It's the 100mm sag causing issues. 102-104 sag, 37-40mm free sag. Run as much sag as you can towards 40 and 105, but with the bike still turning ... more »

Or, RV riding style just suited the Kawi. Just as Anderson style does. AC, does not fit it that well and in my opinion why he keeps sliping the front end and crashing.

Do you think with this experience, you would go for steel bolts for bikes at this level? Maybe they would have bent, but been able to ride it through if it was a last lap or two remaining?

Added reply in a thread Best riding program to increase endurance 3/2/2022 6:31 AM

You need to be well within limits for zone 2 for base, not closer than 5bpm from where zone 3 starts. Rather 8bpm. I try to stay at 135 max, my zone 3 starts at 140. If you run into activating short muscle fibers, it lose its core purpose. You should ... more »

The sessions are to short to increase base anything noticeable. Zone 2 should be 1h minimum, preferably 1.5-2h. If thats all the time you have, switch to 6x6 or 6x8min intervalls with 2min rest in between. First can be a bit slower as warm up, but you ... more »

Stamina comes from working just below your max, as long as you can sustain it without going so hard you don't have energy to do the next round. Typically zone 2 and 4 training. 1-2h sessions in zone 2, or intervals in zone 4 like 6*6min, 8*6min, 6*8min ... more »

Co2 readers do no good to indicate polluted air as this seems to have been. It's even counterproductive since it indicates "good" air. Needs to be a VOC sensor which no HVAC system has by default. So air was polluted, they just could not catch it.
