Just need more riders to mess with the Deegs in practice next week. Deegs is weak when getting challenged he starts that looking back on blocking crap.

The other riders need to start punting him. Only Jo and LK so far have had the guts to do it.

D.Blair even said it on his vlog.

It was a shitty move. I'll admit I cheered a little bit for it though. Yes, I did. And I root for Haiden. Hes the most exciting 250 rider to watch by a mile. He's so good he's made many a race boring. Hes on a different level than the field. Dirty move or not, somebody gave it back to him and I cheered. The comparison to the move on Davies is ridiculous. Davies could have backed out and they were racing for the title still. Was Levi mathematically still in contention for the SMX title? And he took himself out, too.

Gave what back to him? That's like sucker punching someone. Beat the guy the right way. Catch him and put a hard block pass on him...

I agree. Shit move and showed major immaturity on Kitchen's part. Im not defending Levi whatsoever

Zero honor in the punk move of Tboning Deegan

"Uncle Lou" is my hero!! how many OG's do you know who would rent out Perris Raceway for a day and let anybody/everybody show up!

I haven't seen him in years myself. Hope to ride with him someday soon

Question for his fans. What happened to he loves riding like that? What happened to rubbing is racing? Is it only fun and ok when he's the guy dishing it out. Sure seemed salty after that.

I'm still waiting for a plausible explanation of what exactly Beaumer did to warrant the amount of backlash and harassment he's got ever since he became a race winner. Beaumer is a 17 year old sophmore professional for a factory race team and just had a potentially life altering injury, yet the first thought some of you dipshits have in the thread discussing his crash, is that it was a result of 'getting smoked by Deegan all year'. I will never understand what goes on inside your heads and it's probably for the best.

Didn't Malcolm take himself out also, on payback with Anderson, last year at Daytona?

I don't downvote so I'm quoting to state my opinion regarding Kitchen blind siding Deegan with a full "T-BONE" center punch.

The line Kitchen took through that turn can not be interpreted as anything other than a cheap shot.

You trying to justify it as some thing else is either pure hate for Deegan or full fan boy for Kitchen

Trying to compare Kitchen cleaning out Deegan to the Davies incident earler in the years does not make sense because deegan and davies bikes were literally side by side going the same direction. Any pro racer other than a rookie in davies shoes probably makes an adjustment and doesn't go crash over the berm

Sorry dude, but I don’t see a full on T-bone there. Sure, I think his intent was to make contact and rough him up in the process, but I’m all for it. Deegan wants to dish it out he should expect it in return. His take out of Davies was worse in my opinion. And you're also right, I’m no Deegan fan.

Deegs better holeshot next week, 'cuz everybody in the 250 class with an axe to grind is gonna try to take him out. Everybody wants Jo to win the title, even his competitors.

I didn't see a T-bone at all. Yes, an aggressive move. As Mitch said, "I want him to do that." Agree.

Looks like Deegan is growing up, though. Most likely, he will ignore this and try to win next week. He knows he is the fastest.

Remember when Eli took out Webb in Daytona? Eli went down too. Unless you are Barcia (and Bogle), it is not a skill many have. Hence, they go down too.

BTW, Bogles take down of Barcia was an all-time great. Barcia probably agrees.

It's pretty easy to get emotionally caught up in these on track altercations. I'm from Washington and Kitchen is a local boy so my first instinct is to support him. I recognize Deegans exceptional abilities too, but I'm not a fan of his antics. To avoid any kind of predetermined bias, I try and use the same assessment criteria. Whose front wheel was first and were they pointed "down field".

With Davies, Haiden had a wheel on him and was pointed down field. It was aggressive, but not dirty. Davies needed to check up.

In this case, Kitchen had a wheel on Deegan. What I don't see is any down field intent. I assess this as dirty because Kitchen cut across all the lines, he would have had to slow way down to turn sharp enough to stay in the course, resulting in him getting passed. It wasn't a line intended for speed or strategic blocking, it wasn't a racing line. So despite being inclined to back Kitchen, I can't in this case.

Worst think Kitchen can do now is back down from this. No apologies this week and be ready for it next week.

This has already changed the narrative big time for next weekend. Will be interesting to see how Deegan manages the distraction.

Upon further review, I must say that I can’t blame Kitchen for torpedoing Deegan in that turn. If he had waited any longer he wouldn’t have seen him again until next week.

Downvotes are welcomed 😊

I was disappointed with the racing in the first motos just watching Deegan inch away. Apparently Kitchen felt that way too and went for the kill in the second moto before Deegan got away. Not a bad strategy just poorly executed.

Deegan is a tool but at least he’s capable of winning races and competing for titles. Kitchen struggles to get top 5. Unnecessary move.

Regardless of feelings on what kitchen did, it looks like Deegan was staring at him as he came across..... Deegan had every opportunity to check up and stay up but that's not what he chose...... pretty stupid...... or maybe I'm just soft? IDK.......

Deegan was as far outside as you can run it and still be on the track. I doubt he even saw the green bike until the front wheel of the green bike hit the side case of his engine

Maybe he'll loosen the clutch perch a little after Duffe has finished prepping the bike.

No, I thought JuJu trying to play mind games with Deegan in sx and posting his address on his socials was lame instead of just racing him hard and focusing on beating him. I feel Kitchen acted out of emotion because Deegan has beat him more times then not, and has talked shit on him too and that that was a lame attempt at a block pass. Kitchen wouldn’t have did that move to anyone else, and I don’t really remember Deegan ever slamming Kitchen like that.
