In first moto Prado similarly couldn’t pass Webb. I was skeptical of 2nd moto but Prado stepped up, endured being hounded by Deegs the whole moto. Deegs did great that moto, Prado just did better.

It’s not the bike, it’s the team and the riders. Remember the problems the factory Yamaha US team had? You only have to look at how they’re doing now with Star. And Honda—just because they have the Lawrence brothers now... but they went 20 years without winning. Sometimes, it all comes down to having the right rider at the right time. This is motocross, not MotoGP.

I think that if Feld cuts three rounds from the SX series, it might make the teams and riders happy, but us fans would pay for it. Feld isn't going to simply agree to make less money. Ticket prices, food and beer at the races, souvenirs, and NBC Peacock would all go up at least 30% in cost. I'll stand by my prediction. As soon as WSX goes away, so does SMX, because the threat will have been eliminated.

I'm in the "anyone but Prado" camp...after what he did at Kawi...just not trying, giving up, throwing the team under the bus...in my opinion there is just no acceptable excuse for that. I'm sure many will disagree, and I'm okay with that. But there is just no way I can ever be a fan of his riding after that.

Here's something to ponder- How many 'Total' Supercross races does Prado have under his belt? ..and he didn't race 250's.. went straight to the Alpha class. It'd be kewl to see the stats.. How many total SX gate drops of each top 5 guys vs 'Silent J' Kid is bad ass no doubt-

Prado is as good at starting (or better) as Hunter. Prado is better (or as good) in the whoops as Hunter. Prado in SX will be fine. Jett? Lets see how the healing of the foot goes.

Yeah by canceling the British round and what you said tells you they don't have any money....they are done and hoping for a miracle. The only thing of value, and even that is questionable, is the FIM World Championship name....The supposed buyers would be better off letting them fail and then just work with the FIM directly.
