Chase went 4-4 the last two rounds. Prado went 13-15 I'm wondering, when do we shift the narrative to 'Panic Button for Jorge/KTM?

19 hours ago Yep. His finish positions really aren't that bad when you consider his start positions in many of the races. None of the championship contenders have been any more successful coming from last place.

Yeah, but the majority of the guys on the gate aren't on Chase Sexton's level. Guys that are as talented as Chase (and have had the success that Chase has had) only want to win, unless they are in the twilight of their career and simply going out there because they love it and it pays well. Chase is still in what should be his prime. 1 day ago 15, 13, 4, 13, 7. His results the last five sx races. Not horrible. But saying he is killing it and improving more than expected in sx? He has rarely been in the top 5 and has as many races outside the top ten as in. And that's with starting top five almost every race. He should be better outdoors...

I just find it so hard to believe the bike is that bad. Even the 09 Hondas, 2010 Yamahas, AF Honda 2 strokes, Conventional Fork Suzukis all found SOME level success. Maybe only the PDS KTM 250s were on this level?

Phoenix 2001. MC was the defending champ and started the season going 1-3-1 at the first three rounds. RC caught and passed him at Phoenix. MC never won another SX race.

Two good starts has to be the most promising thing. If he could start starting top 5 consistently, his problems will mostly start going away. He looked good...

4/18/2026 8:37am I took pretty much exactly 9 years off as well. Got a bike again at 43. Only took 2-3 rides to feel pretty comfortable again. 2-3 months to feel mostly like my old self. Minus a little speed and willingness to take chances. Enjoy! Take it easy. It will come back pretty quickly. First day is the weirdest.
