Cliche term I agree but not including Marvin on the team this year with the race here in the USA at Red Bud is a travesty imho.

Is this karma coming into play? France should have picked Marvin in the first place. I hope they do show up and ride like garbage.

"The key will be Barcia who has not been close to Goldenhoff." huh what? how do you interpolate that hypothesis?

Is the final moto Open/MXGP? If so watch for Bam Bam to channel his inner Jeff Stanton and park Herlings!

Added reply in a thread Congrats Jeffrey Herlings! 9/17/2018 3:16 PM

First let me say that Herlings appears to be TFMOTPO, No offense to Eli but Jeffery wins my eyeball test. Good luck to all you MXGP diehards because he is going to show you what is was like at times here in SX with McGrath and MX with Carmichael. Domination ... more »

Anybody that thinks for one second that Roger shouldn't still be our team manager is delusional. He is and always will be THE MAN! It's funny that he mentions the weather. The only time I ever got to see him ride in person was at one of those Red Bud

Added reply in a thread No beer allowed at Red Bud MXoN 9/14/2018 3:58 AM

I don't mind the beer rule so much. When I went to Washougal in 2016 they had the same rule and they actually have beer gardens which were fenced in areas that you had to remain in while you enjoyed your beverage. What I liked about it was that they

I remember Bob very well and he was flipping awesome. Peak Hurricane vs peak GOAT is the stuff of MX dreams

When they dumped the Trophy des Nations it ensured that Danny Chandler's feat will never be matched. To me it is the single greatest accomplishment in moto history. 1-1-1-1

Change for the sake of change based on a ridiculous premise.

Added reply in a thread MXdN or MXoN? 9/5/2018 4:15 AM

The original name has a lot more panache. The newer name sounds too pedestrian. It will always be Motocross des Nations in my book.

Added reply in a thread If MXDN is a mudder 8/31/2018 2:27 PM

I was at a Trans Am race in the 70s at Red Bud in October when it snowed a little so there's that possibility as well

October in Michigan could be anywhere from 90 and sunny to 40 and wet.

Added reply in a thread If MXDN is a mudder 8/31/2018 5:29 AM

Funny how people have lost perspective on this being a team race. Prado and Herlings can beat Plessinger and Tomac all day long for all I care. And since this thread is about whether or not the race could be a mudder I refer your Barcia comment to 2

Zach is obviously the safest pick but I have a gut feeling that Plessinger is going to be a beast on a 450.
