So after all that people realise that the Lawrences are incredibly good. Jett Lawrence, as I've said a million times, is the greatest rider the sport has ever seen. I note the Donger fans have now moved from their varioius copes to 'he's doing really well because he's up against the Lawrences'. It wasn't long ago they were discounting them.

kitchen has fewer points at this stage of the series as the points leader than in any previous season. Except one…..Cole Davies just won an sx title a year before deegs and about to win mx title a year before deegs in 250 class. My point is the 250 class made him look like a phenom when he really isn’t. Calling it now, yalls boy will not win anymore mx or sx titles. (MAYBE smx)

Deegan has been really good... But the Huntah Brothers, or are we calling them the Aliens now?... are too damn good for anyone to be beating them. I don't see it changing any time soon, AND Lucas is going to make it even tougher next year. While statistically, there were a LOT of wins on the line at RD 1 for Deegan, a lot of them are past their prime, for what it's worth...

7/26/2026 7:28pm agree ...its the junior system whereby the motos are short sprints (4 laps?) .....cause there's a 1000 races in one day..... due to greedy promoters. If the junior US kids did longer motos on deteriorating tracks we would see the US MX standard rise eventually............ apart from deegs , chase and Jcoop who other US riders look good outdoors? No...

There’s a couple of young Aussie fellas and a Kiwi that seem to go okay outdoors despite being on SX for more than half the year. It’s not that. Seems to me if the US are losing their former advantage, it started in your junior system a number of years ago, and we’re now seeing the difference.

Well he isnt wrong. All I can see from AMA riders practice on smooth groomed tracks. MXGP riders wait until track get rough before they practice.

It's interesting that KTM Sexton returning from injury was able to beat healthy Jett at Washougal last year. I think Sexton at his best is probably faster than Deegan

Jett is the perfect example of the principle: "The idea is to win as slowly as possible." If that still isn't obvious after today, you're just being delusional. Whenever he decides to, he can drop everyone with ease, then immediately settles into a pace that's just enough to stay in front. He never goes any harder than he has to.

Deegan can’t beat a 90% Jett when he crashes and was next time off the start. Maybe Jett gets run over in turn 1 and Deegs can beat him. Thats unlikely at this point even. Are you guys just high or stupid that keep thinking Deegan can beat him?
