Sexton needs Viagra, because he is soft. 

Yea Jett blew right by him, but to be fair Jett was taking some big chances out there. 

Dude needs to stop signing contracts so early. Seems like his head just isn't in it and it's comedy of errors once he's got one foot out the door. 

I don't think he gives a shit about Prado at all. Sexton hates the bike Prado loved so easy enough to convince yourself you'll love the one he hates. 

I believe he has the speed to run with and beat Jett consistently.  I think 3 out of 4 times it won’t happen because his mental hiccups are way too frequent.  

It's my fault.  I had him in 2nd on my fantasy picks.

Should be excluded from fantasy picks and just have a category for Chase by himself... "All Good tonight" or "Are you kidding me?"

No hate comms, but think he is at his best when he has the bike excuse in his back pocket. It’s almost like he doesn’t have an answer within himself otherwise. Incredible rider but a complete head case. Will never win another title 

I think he doesn't want to win the last few races on KTM, because everyone will give him shit about his move to Kawasaki and how he looks so much better on KTM

Agreed. Why would he want to win $1m or have a straight up title to over Jett? 

They literally had the shock off the bike immediately after the race. I’ve got shock problems as my diagnosis. Didn’t look comfy all night. He’s probably just ready to get on the KX at this point. 

Agree! Same as Vialle first moto he dropped anchor real bad even though he said forks I think it was his shock it even looked to be pogo stick when he was dropping back. It is well known they had had failures in the shock and would be a good reason Chase dropped off late in moto as he was moving forward at the start then suddenly slowed.

Who cares how awesome his form looks on a bike. Cannot get it done. Not a grinder. About one season away from being a consistent 5-8 guy who mails it in for next 5 years. 

If the Kaw is half as bad as Whorehey says it was we have seen the last of Sexton being a threat of any kind. 

The Kawi in Supercross looked very good. I’d say the 21 has developed it far better for Sx than any Mx testing they have done. Chase should be good on it. Jett’s just on another level. Chase will have his days and wins still.

Interesting choice of words for the press release. "Mishap" is pretty broad.... if he had crashed, tipped over, etc, you'd think they would have said that. Did he actually go down?

This. Chase is just destined to be the best of the rest. He'll have his days he can beat Jett. Here and there. Jett is just a different animal. The field is fucked. How far back was Jett moto 1 and he still caught those guys. The version of Jett we see A1 after a productive off season, recharging the batteries, is going to be ridiculous. And Chase is my guy. I just hope he brings it for the MXdN. Get off that KTM with a bang Chase. Bring home that win!

I had no idea why Chase rode high and gave 18 the inside line for an easy pass.

Chase has so much talent and skill it's a head scratcher.

I do agree with your POV that chase has more speed when he is on. I guess the lawrence fan boys don't like any negative commentary based on downvotes.

Chase has had those “in the zone” moments. He needs to learn to manage when he’s not there. For Jett, he’s just better than everyone. It’s hard to ride for second place. It messes with your mind, especially when you’ve ridden faster than Jett at times.

Even Prado said it was fine for sx. But I'm not sure I'd say the 21 made it look very good. His results weren't that impressive. 

All this "shock is the issue" and "the Kawi is slow" reminds me of just how great THIS guy was no matter what.

Maybe Chase needs to take some big chances.

Chase hasn’t been right in the head since the Lawrence brothers run him off at Honda. 

He lost his front end in 90% of races chasing Jett on his Honda. I don’t think it was mental though. Atleast not back then.

I think he was riding on the edge to match Jett and while he could do that. It brought in minor mistakes that he was able to avoid on a KTM until he started riding on the edge again. He can ride Jetts pace but Jett is doing it comfortably and Chase is on the edge.
