Perhaps Keir believes he and son are larger than the entire team. Probably not or I hope not. If so, that is very toxic. No player/team member is larger than the team/company. Dealt with this sort of thing coaching youth sports and parents.

Agree.. but what’s more likely? An engine that has history for performance issues at that track, as well as it being observed by multiple sources both Friday and Saturday, or a professional rider failing to execute a basic jump that he has done 7 million times. There is a reason Kawi and Marchbanks have given no comment about the engine issues when asked by multiple people

Started this build in October of 2024, and finished it in may of 2026. I’ve spent months finding the real parts from the team and honestly pretty proud of how far I got. Theres a couple missing pieces I’d like to have but this is as close as you can get to the real deal in 2026! (Used these pegs because it’ll be on display, don’t need anything sharp!) Parts list of real parts: Nicks Weys used 2001 seat, Last ever brand new factory Yamaha clutch perch, Gytr billet factory Yamaha levers, DSP carbon all around including a Jeremy McGrath...

That's obviously up to Forkner and his team to decide and I'm just a nobody on Vital but I actually can't believe they still let him race again after his brain surgery. It's a miracle that he isn't in a wheelchair yet with how many big crashes and hits he had and specially since he has been back from the brain surgery he just isn't the same dude anymore (which is understandable ofc). He doesn't sound overly disappointed in his post race interview with Lewis honestly. He basically says he lost a lot last year and still needs to learn/regain his confidence and the feel he once had. He literally says Iv'e lost a lot of pace/speed but is positive about getting better as the year goes on. To me it sounds like he's switching away from 'I wanna be champ this year' and more into 'OK Iv'e got some work to do but am going to stay positive'.

The simple fact is that, as good as he is, and as dialed in on his KTM as he is… he just doesn’t have the pace to run with the Lawrence’s and Deegan. And today, his teammate Plessinger found enough motivation and speed to pass him, too. Prado’s not perfect, but he’s worlds better than this time last year on the bike that just ended Sexton’s season.
