There’s a guy that rides my bus all the time and gets on with his scooter, he told me it weighs about 75 pounds. It has a huge battery. It’s actually really nice. I asked him how fast will it go. He told me it does 55 mph top speed and that they make some that do 85mph.

Surron & Talaria make 95% full sized bikes now. The Ultra Bee this kid had has roughly 28hp(21kw) and weighs about 190 lbs and that's stock. You can mod them to be as fast as a Stark. I bought a Talaria Komodo to ride with my son offroad and it rips. There does need to be regulation on them and the first step should be classifying them properly and adding the ability to plate them if for street use. That would solve most of the problems.
