I am surprised how many people are jumping to conclusion here unless I missed something and there's a proven recorded history of this. To play devils advocate, I have seen and personally dealt with some very aggressive jealous women in my life who came at me with nails into my bloodying my neck, which would have been enough for the neighbors to call the cops in one situation. I think what people discount in these Tariff negotiations, which is what they are, is that the USA is a huge consumer market to the rest of the world. The current administration simply wants products made in this country treated fairly internationally. Other countries will do most anything to sell products here, many country's economies depend upon the USA's buying power. These counter tariffs are simply an attempt to open markets, negotiations have not worked, maybe this will. I find it interesting that not only our own citizens sense of entitlement, but other countries sense of entitlement towards our government...
