Well you beat mine of being 2 friends removed from Robert Plant. A friend is a friend of a friend of Robert's.

1985 USBA BMX Crawdaddy Nationals in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Triple point weekend, begged my parents to bring me and they gave in on Sunday.. Showed up and waxed the 16 Novice class. Ha! 6 ft trophy to boot. Still have the shortened version in the garage.

Other than that, supporting my son to get him to where he is today. @brocraiford

My cousin is the drummer for NoDoubt. I've been to his house and almost asked him if I could borrow one of his MTV Moon Men for a photo opportunity. Shoulda, coulda, woulda.

Team captain and all-league in high school football.

Only motocrosser in my school at the time.

Landed on/killed a deer in 2002 at a local track.

About 60 feet from POI at the Reno Air Races in 2011. Wish I couldn’t say that. Glad I wasn’t one of the less fortunate, sorry I had to see those who were.

Josh Hansen left a comment on my Instagram when I broke my back. That was a HUGE positive vibe and helped keep my spirits up during recovery. I’ll always be a fan!!

I’ve done a myriad of things that might be noteable. But any of them and $2.50 buys coffee. The only people I am famous or special to, are my kids. And I think they are starting to wise up. 🙄😁😁

For the sake of playing along, my list includes: racing at some classic moto tracks, winning a bunch of local races, moto and enduro, a long time ago, climbing some big mountains in Alaska, bicycling across the US, flying airplanes and gliders, building my own house, still walking on my OEM knees and hips.

Director at Science to Sport - we do coaching, monitoring, performance related laboratory research and studies, educational content and biomechanics.

Performance co-ordinator and Head of coaching at UAE Team Emirates Pro Tour Cycling Team

Train a handful of MX and Offroad riders (MXGP and National level)

Collect a good amount of 90's NOS Skateboard decks and builds and I think I still skateboard pretty well for a old-timer.

Yes, really.

I went to get the drinks when we arrived and my wife went to the beer garden. I returned with the beers and she’s sat at a bench talking to him. I sit down and pick up the conversation and we end up talking moto for a bit (Jason Bonham used to race with me in the schoolboys).

He then leaves and Mrs A says “How do you know that man then?”

I say, “Do you not know who he is?”

“No”, she replies. “I was talking to him about his dog.”

“Er, that’s Robert Plant”, I say.

Should’ve offered to buy him a pint I suppose. But then he didn’t offer to buy us one.

True story Bros.

(He lives not too far away and has been to our pub before, although I’ve never met him previously. Seemed a nice guy)

Paid once $ 50 for a gallon fuel. In the middle of the desert of Morocco. And being very happy with it.

Rode 2 times complete from Paris to Dakar, first time together with my dad❤️. Great memories.

Now for the stupid things:
Rode our mx van through our own shop windows. 5 mtr drive = $ 25000 damage. That at age 15. Dad not happy.

Next car crash on the day i got my driverslicence.

Now 35 yrs later it comes up once and a while under pparty😭
