I chose to use the lower transmission gear and the QT50 rear end. Bike still has more than enough top end speed. I copied the below from one of my old post. Hope this helps........... You’ll need a puller to get the original one out. The cheaper Harbor Freight works fine. Jetting,jetting and jetting is the best mod for a pw50.

Put the PW Only QT gear in my sons PW50 and it was a good mod. Definitely woke it up, although it did make a bit of a noisy gear whine sound.

The Hoosiers are better (performance-wise, weight-wise) but not durability wise. They're not designed to be durable. Do you want performance or durability? Pick your poison.

You need a bike if you're going to ride motocross. You don't need extensive suspension tuning to ride it & enjoy it though. Id question if this suspension stuff is in fact bringing him joy..... sounds like he's head-fucked to me.. Get on it, ride it, smile!

kawasaki was on a autofill visa Debit card. I think Honda is the same way. You should get a card in the mail and when you place and submit the paperwork it gets loaded to that card
