Keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Laura, the models show it hitting the area around Ironman as a tropical depression late Friday/early Saturday. Hopefully, the track crew buttons things up ahead of time and the don't do any riding or rippng until the last possible moment.

I hope not. I don’t mind a mud race every once in awhile but watching them slip and slide got old pretty quick in my opinion. Hoping for some dry conditions and good racing this weekend.

I just alerted Factory Kawi to this. They are now in the race shop making the following mods to Eli's bike

- Completely waterproofed wiring harness

- Small block Chevy clutch

- External 2 gallon oil tank

- 3 fans

- 45% throttle limiter

- PAM cooking spray injection under the fenders

For what it’s worth, they increased the registration limit from 76 to the normal 90. At least for the 450 class.
