Nice! Glad to see he found his way out of that corn maze over at the pumpkin patch.

Kills me not to see him on a pumpkin but those Geico bikes are drop dead sexy. Also really weird not to see a redbull helmet on him.

Ryan’s riding looks so effortless. Always has

He definitely looks like he's still in fantastic shape too!

My guess is if he took a month to ride/“preparate” that he could still bust out a top 10 finish in the big boy class.

Great to see ryan active in the industry again... the sport is better with him in it.

I hate these guys retiring so early and not getting to see them compete more.

That’s just us being selfish I know the feeling but hats of to all the retired champs for letting us see them as long as we did.

I think Dungeys style reminds me of Broc Glover back in the day. And as far as Dungeys move to Geico, I think Kenny and Ryan became pretty good friends after Kens injury in ‘17 so with Ryan on Honda now, I see this as being helpful to both Geico and Kenny.

Perfect edit, wonderful video. It depicts the professionalism and class that Ryan Dungey always brought to this sport. This sport is definitely better with having him associated with it. He will remain a legend in the sport of motocross. The southwick race will forever be embedded in my mind, never give up. Thank you Ryan.

Was at Pala yesterday and got to see it first hand. Dude looks damn good on a motorcycle still. I have iPhone video footage of it but can’t figure out how to attach it here...

My favorite rider of all time. Technique and smooth, flowy style second to none IMO. I’ve always felt Honda’s are easiest to get on and feel comfortable right away. They look great as well.

Jett Lawrence may be in that same ballpark with the effortless, flawless form riding style. Time will fell.

I'd rather it just be bike noise, the "you can do it!" church camp style music was a little too cheesy. Or at least lower it in the mix so it's not so over the top.

But nevertheless, cool to see Dungey ride again.

Id prefer the music as like an intro but then shut it down once the bike fires up. I want to hear the bike not music.

Great call. I’ve always thought that as well.

I'm not sure everyone is understanding the benefit of having Dungey on the Geico team. This is a good example of that. He's still fast enough to push the race bike hard which gives him a first hand perspective of what the bike is and isn't capable of, this greatly increases his ability to understand what issues the team riders are speaking of when they are trying to improve settings. Development and tuning will improve. He gives the team the ability to start working on MX settings earlier in the year to develop the base package. His years with DeCoster have trained him with the skills needed to effectively communicate technically back to the OEM and drive for change.

One month of serious prep and Ryan could be on the podium IMHO... Hell maybe on the top of the box too.
