Yes, Jett wears Mobius braces, but braces had nothing to do with the way he tore his ACL. His leg dabbed back and his knee twisted. Knee braces are meant to stop hyperextension and impact to the side as well as protection to the knee cap, I don't think anything was going to prevent that injury.

I guess we are just left to speculate but I was thinking after hearing that that a mechanical caused his crash and injury and he doesn't want to point at the part the broke or he got a concussion and didn't want to paint the new helmet in a bad light. He said he was off the bike for 4 weeks so I'm just trying to figure out the type of injury that takes 4 weeks to get back on the bike...
